12 Jun El Portal Andaluz, Miami ~ home of beautiful Andalusian horses
The first impression, when I arrived to beautiful El Portal Andaluz in Miami, FL was how tranquil that place was. I loved the atmosphere immediately. Soon I met everyone and then was introduced to horses. They were stunning! Soft manes reaching down to their knees, bright eyes , curious soft noses and sweet disposition… And there it was: the sudden fire ignite as soon as they walked into paddock, where I was going to photograph them. But they still remained respectful of the handler… As soon as the halter was taken off my skin was covered in goosebumps! Wrapped in wind they galloped barely touching the ground. Nostrils flaring, wide open eye catching extra light, and that mane, like a cloud, following them lightly. I can never get enough of horses’ beauty… When in motion, unrestrained, they unfold their wilder side; show the side that makes one’s heart beat little faster. I am not a skilled writer, so enjoy the photographs which will tell the story a little better.
